Day 1 — Arrival & Baseline Assessment
Private airport pickup, hotel check-in. Your GO meets you upon arrival. Baseline blood tests and ultrasound to confirm you are ready to begin stimulation.
Days 2–10 — Stimulation & Monitoring
Daily hormone injections stimulate your ovaries. Regular blood tests and ultrasound scans (every 1–2 days) monitor follicle development. Your GO accompanies you to every monitoring appointment.
Day 10–12 — Egg Retrieval (OPU)
When follicles reach the optimal size, a trigger injection is given. 36 hours later, eggs are collected under sedation in a 20–30 minute procedure. Your partner provides a sperm sample on the same day. You rest at the hotel afterwards.
Days 12–17 — Fertilisation & Embryo Culture
Eggs are fertilised and monitored by our embryology team as they develop. You receive daily embryo updates. Transfer is planned for Day 3 or Day 5 depending on embryo development.
Day 15–17 — Embryo Transfer
The best quality embryo is transferred to your uterus in a simple, painless procedure taking approximately 15 minutes. No anaesthesia required. You rest briefly and then return to the hotel.
Return Home & Pregnancy Test
Fly home with your luteal phase support medication and aftercare instructions. Your pregnancy test is performed 10–14 days after transfer. Our team is with you every step of the way.
